The widget did not load

Code: runtime_load_failed

The page loaded widget.js, but the main part of the widget did not load. It is most often blocked by the site’s Content Security Policy, a browser extension or a company network.

How to fix it

• If your site sends a Content-Security-Policy header, allow PlanWise’s addresses in it. The list is in Your own HTML.
• Open the page in another browser with no extensions, and see whether the plan appears.
• If it fails on several devices, write to PlanWise support with the error text from the browser console.

Until the widget loads, the guest sees a link or the venue’s phone to book with.
