What each PlanWise error code means and what to do about it.

While putting the widget on your site

• origin_not_allowed This site is not allowed
• key_invalid The key in the code is not valid
• invalid_config The widget’s settings are wrong
• runtime_load_failed The widget did not load
• object_unavailable The place is taken

Other codes

• validation_error The request holds a wrong value
• missing_business_id The code has no business id
• mount_target_not_found No place for the widget
• destroyed The widget is already closed
• key_revoked The key was revoked
• token_expired The session ended
• insufficient_scope Not allowed for your account
• entitlement_required Not part of your plan
• hold_expired The time to book ran out
• idempotency_conflict A repeated request with different data
• idempotency_in_progress The same request is still running
• booking_rules_violated The booking breaks the venue’s rules
• venue_closed The venue is closed then
• payment_declined The payment was declined
• payment_requires_action The bank asks to confirm the payment
• payment_cancelled The payment was cancelled
• rate_limited Too many requests
• network_offline No connection
• request_timeout The request took too long
• scene_load_failed The floor plan did not load
• handler_exception An error in the site’s code
• internal_error An error at PlanWise
• resource_not_found Not found
• upstream_unavailable Temporarily unavailable
